– Available for orders over £50

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your polo shirts, t-shirts, sweatshirts and waistcoats. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

Our Returns Policy

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed and free from any damage
  • Original packaging preferred

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on slipovers that have been tried on without protective clothing.

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your return securely and include:

  • The completed return form (we’ll email this to you)
  • All original tags and packaging

We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you’re responsible for the return until it reaches us.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for faulty items)

Exchanges

  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item
