However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our polo shirts, t-shirts, waistcoats or other items, we’re happy to offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Returns Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are:
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed and free from any damage
- In the original packaging where possible
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on slipovers that have been tried on without protective clothing. All other items in our collection (polo shirts, t-shirts, sweatshirts and waistcoats) are eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your return securely and include:
- The completed return form (we’ll email this to you)
- All original tags and packaging
We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you’re responsible for the return until it reaches us.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for faulty items)
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive the original
- If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item:

- Include photos of the damage or fault
- We’ll arrange a free return and replacement
